Monitoring plans are to be delivered
in a common European standard templates.
Standard templates in the format used by Danish authorities:
NB. Please submit your monitoring plans in excel format in a e-mail
signed with digital signature. If you, as a non- DK operator,
doesn't have a digital sinature, you must sign the plans manually,
scan them and mail them in PDF format.
