This Technology Catalogue describes technologies that can supply heat for different industrial processes and temperature levels. It contains a number of boilers, heat pumps and other electrical alternatives, alongside assessments of their respective maximum application potentials.

A previous version of the catalogue also contained chapters on carbon capture and a supplementary guideline for these chapters. These sections have been moved to the Technology Catalogue for Carbon Capture, Transport and Storage.
