Today Mr. Thomas Egebo, Permanent Secretary of State, Danish Ministry of Energy, Utilities and Climate and Mr. Hoang Quoc Vuong, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) in Vietnam signed the Programme Document of the Energy Partnership Programme between Viet Nam and Denmark.

Based on existing power plants, various scenarios can be simulated to represent potential system effects of various investments in renewable energy sources like wind and solar. It is a simple tool that can analyse the transformation of the power systems.
