Vietnam: Contract Notice to support Vietnam's Ministry of Construction (MOC) in implementation of energy efficiency requirements for new construction laid down in a new "Energy Efficiency Building Code" (EEBC)

The "Global Framework" under the Danish Climate Envelope 2012 funds the project "Low Carbon Transition in the energy efficiency sector in Vietnam". One component of this project is support to Vietnam's Ministry of Construction (MOC) in implementation of energy efficiency requirements for new construction which have already been laid down in a new "Energy Efficiency Building Code" (EEBC). The main objective for this support is implementation of energy efficiency requirements for new construction which have already been laid down in a new "Energy Efficiency Building Code" (EEBC). (The final version of the EEBC is expected to be issued in late August or early September 2013).
