Luna-1 exploration well did not encounter hydrocarbons

Large drop in energy consumption and CO2 emissions in 2011

Warmer weather, imports of electricity as well as more wind power, led to a drop in energy consumption in 2011 of 5.8% and a drop in emissions of CO2 of 10.3%. Continued increase in consumption of renewables.
