9 June 2017 The information concerning license 4/16 has been updated to reflect the Danish Energy Agency’s approval of December 2016 of Spyker Energy ApS’ farm-in into the license with an 8% share The transfer involved Spyker Energy ApS’ acquisition of 3,75% share from Dana Petroleum B V (now holding 40%) a 2% share from Danoil Exploration A/S (now holding 8%) and a 2,25% share from Petrogas E&P UK Limited (now holding 26,25%) The effective date of the transfer is 14 September 2016
